Ingredients |

4-5 slices of bacon | 4 eggs |
3-4 slices of tomato, diced | |
a pinch of shredded cheese | salt and pepper to taste |
parsley (optional) |
Cut up 4-5 slices of bacon. Cook in frying pan until almost done.
Add chop tomatoes. Cook about 2-3 minutes
Whip eggs with seasoning.
Cook until edges are brown and the outer edges are almost cooked. Fold over. Cook a few minutes more. Serve.
