Bacon and Tomato Omelette

Ingredients

4-5 slices of bacon 4 eggs
3-4 slices of tomato, diced
a pinch of shredded cheese salt and pepper to taste
parsley (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cut up 4-5 slices of bacon. Cook in frying pan until almost done.

Step 2

Add chop tomatoes. Cook about 2-3 minutes

Step 3

Whip eggs with seasoning.

Step 4

Cook until edges are brown and the outer edges are almost cooked. Fold over. Cook a few minutes more. Serve.
