1 cup graham crackers (crushed) | 3 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted |
3 tablespoons sugar | 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1/2 sugar | 3 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla | 1/2 cup heavy cream |
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter, press firmly onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes
Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar with electric mixer on medium until blended well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until blended. Add vanilla and heavy cream. Mix well
Pour over crust. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
